We had a fun 4th of July at GnG's!  I didn't get many pictures, mostly just random shots of people eating... But we made some great memories!

This was my only attempt at patriotic food. I see beautiful flag cakes and star cookies on Pinterest, but I am too simple for that.  Strawberries and blueberries don't take extra work. :)

 Jaiden and Cody were wearing matching socks... they posted a pic on Instagram and had 70 likes in about 4 minutes.  It was a moment for JJ.

 We spent most of the afternoon and evening in the backyard making homemade ice cream, playing soccer, and playing in a little pool with Jaiden's new puppy Carly.

                                    

 We wore out Aunt Marie with our antics.  She just had to tune us out and go to sleep. Haha!

                     The best source of entertainment was a toss up between baby Colt and the puppy.

 I am generally not a dog lover but I could not resist this little face.  She snuggled up and took a nap on my lap.  Loved it!

 This is the beginning of the front door fireworks show.  We could see Layton Park's show from up on the hill but didn't have to fight the crowds.  It was perfect!
